Hello everyone and we hope you are having a great start to September! July and August were amazing months for the Elizabeth Chanakira Cancer Trust (‘ECCT) patients and their families as there were several fundraising efforts made in Harare and Victoria Falls, in Zimbabwe.

There were two Flat Tummy classes held in Harare on 29 and 30 July, which were hosted by Fitness To A Tee’s Personal Trainer – Teurai Chanakira and Sweat Nation Fitness’ Personal Trainer – Barbra Jambga.

Teurai then travelled to Victoria Falls in August, where she hosted various nutrition and exercise classes for the staff of the Victoria Falls Hotel and the community in Victoria Falls. Just over USD$1000 was raised from all the classes!

We would like to acknowledge and thank the following:

Barbra Jambga of Sweat Nation Fitness, Harare.

Triton Gym, Harare.

Capture World Studios, Harare.

Wizzy Mangoma of Wizzy’s Lounge, Harare.

Farai Chimba – Victoria Falls Hotel Deputy General Manager.

All the staff of the Victoria Falls Hotel.

Tich Mketiwa – Photographer, Victoria Falls.
Eddie Kasira – Sound Engineer, Victoria Falls.
Chairman of the School Board Victoria Falls Primary School.
Barbara Murasiranwa, Victoria Falls.
Rotary Club, Victoria Falls.

Please see some of the highlights from the fundraising classes in images below.
